we played a weakened newcastle team this evening

Keep it in the match thread but yes we did
As I said - it seems a bit forced but ultimately may be a good time to go out of a comp our boys evidently don't want to be in

What competition do they want to be in? Way it's going, there won't be much choice left pretty soon.

Its The finish 7th so no Euro footie next year
Spend big with no sanctions League . Thats the aim and right on target with current performances
