No I get it but under the circumstances - bent ref, 10 men, etc - I wanted to see him rub it in Maureen's face.

It's a great point when down to 10.
Milner just superb.

Can't wait to watch this when I get home and find out what Dean was giving all those cards for, funny how Zaba looked like our most dangerous player and he was starting to get some space and boom he's off.
Fans were brilliant today. First time I have thought that in fucking ages. If we could maintain that for the full season and carry it over to 60,000 of us it would be mint

We played much better than Chelsea especially in the 1st half but the last pass was always bad and we had a ton of corners without even coming close to scoring. The cunt Dean did his part which didn't help of course. Was always going to be a tough match with Chelsea in top form and refs against us in every game, so in the end getting a point and keeping the gap as it is with 10 men was a huge relief. On the plus side Mangala was immense today and I think we've found another Kompany in him. Milner played probably his best match for us ever and there is no excuse now for Pellers not to start him every match. He was even great when he played at left back and created our goal !

Mr April on the Chelsea 2015 Calendar and probably a squad number for next season

Wtf has Yaya done? The only memorable things imo are his dives
But yes, Jimmy MOTM
Strange comment re Yaya.
Maybe still not at his best but a much better contribution today. He sprayed a couple of long passes from central postions out wide to the right with pin point accuracy with consummate ease, that was much more in keeping with what we've become accustom to over recent seasons and he worked a damn site harder than v Bayern.

Just got home from the game and can't find an up to date premier league table anywhere. I checked Sky, bbc and the Internet but nothing doing. I listened to talk shite this morning and they said, on at least 30 occasions, that the Rags would go above us today but I can't find an up to date table anywhere to confirm this. Well played Mangala.

I seem to recall we are 6th and the dippers and rags are in the bottom half

Last time I looked the Beeb had the Dippers at the top of the bottom of the league, with the Rags in second. They're not doing bad after the horrible start to the season they've had.

Not sure of the commentator but did he really say 'Oh, no' when we scored?

We seem to have a systematic problem with the referees (i.e., they're cheating). Did Pellegrini mention this?

It came across well on the stream too, I mentioned it in the match thread. Every time they sensed City were pushing there was a wall of noise. I liked the ironic cheers when Dean booked the first Chelsea player as well (after all the one-way yellows going City's way for most of the half)

Not sure I saw the need for frank to look and act like his grandma had just died when he scored. I get his history for Chelsea and obviously he's not gonna go mental but no one could begrudge him cracking a smile and fiving his teammates. After all he plays for us now, not them.

Great game.James for once gave an immense showing for all those of us who have clamoured for him. Absolutely great to see him come of age.Has any city player ever played right wing, right back, central midfield and left back in the same fucking game then burst into the box and laid on the equaliser while playing left back. Never.Just don't expect to get in ahead of anyone whose name begins with F, Jimmy!
