Pace of Sterling made that. Decent cross too. Welbeck did his best to flunk it but shinned it in. If England go on and win Hart must get a lot of the plaudits though

I'd love to do an animated gif of one of Sterling's runs with a handbag superimposed on his wrist.

Funny how Wellbeck has become a decent player now he's left the rags

I enjoyed that, immensely. Hodgson has took his own advice and took the players who are playing well and put them out there. It's just a real pity that he doesn't get a say on the captain as that would be the only way Wiggy would get in there.

I know some don't like it but I am very much 'England 'til I Die', it's my national team. And I'm proud of that.

PS. Can I say that I think Danny Welbeck will be a major player, now he's left the dirty Rag cunts. Also, can I say that the Shreked Wiggy fucker is still so over-hyped hasn't got the cahonnes to take the game by the proverbial.

Joe Hart was ace as well.

And to the rest of ya, is that what it is, you'd rather criticise than talk the fact we've just beat a higher team? Well fucking done, you still took the time to complain!

Cheers.

For me he has. I always thought he had something but the position he played made it hard to judge.

Hopefully he'll flop though, for the Arse anyway.

Welbeck's always been decent. His work rate, touch and general link up play has always been good. Some questionable finishing admittedly, but it's no surprise united fans love him. If we produced a few Welbeck's of our own (here's looking at you Devante Cole) i'd be pretty chuffed.. no world beater, but a good player and potentially with a bit of luck a very good one. Ya need them in your squad.

My observations.

Wilshire is stupid, he'd be decent if he had a footy brain
Rooney needs to develop into a midfielder. Drive determination and only on who can pass over twenty yards. Not a striker

Henderson deplh decent.

The amount of decent counter attacks we had the second should have come much much sooner. Won't get away with that against decent oppo.

We've got some decent players and I feel we've got a young team who can make it to at least a point we've made before. Listening to Hoddle you can clearly see that he's gutted that Hodgson may get this team further as he's got his own agenda going on.

I like more of these players than those they claimed would win the WC. As long as they work hard, they'll do well.

As always Ted, you have to quantify your statements.

England are shit, therefore they will always be.

How did you say England would get on after our last game???

PS. I don't know what you said.

Had no opinion.

Both teams are shite either could have won, or it could have been a mind bogglingly tedious draw.

England are fucking shit. They were shit tonight & scored due to the Swiss giving them the ball. The defence was a fucking joke & they only survived thanks to Hart & Cahill last ditch rescues Wilshire was shite, the front 3 were average. Delph did ok in a mid table kind of way. They are in a shit group & should qualify easily.

Then they will be shite. They were shite before Hodgson & they are shite with Hodgson.

A mid table Prem team would tear them a new arsehole & do it with far more style.

At least Gerrard has fucked off. Had he been playing, I would have switched it off 1st half.

It's funny that you mention Delph as a positive where I thought he was pitiful and out of the game once the yellow card came. Surely that's his game, getting stuck in ?

The truth is, we've not been very good, infact we've been shite but by far we've got players who can really make an impact (your choice).

But, always, you give it the large just to suit your preconceived notion. Fuck Gerrard, fuck Delph (he should not be there), but the rest of those young players, bar Wiggy, should be given the chance.

After all mate, you can't comment if you can't be arsed watching.

PS. And I was with many who actually thought that England brought us together.

Just on the way home from a very average game.

Wilshire is simply average and will be no good against better opposition.

Obviously what you see in the stadium is different and Wellbeck , not just because he scored was the one player that stood out in a very average team.

The back four is a disaster waiting to happen. The very idea that Jones and Cahill could play so much ping pong with the ball shows how the Swiss coach got it all wrong.

Hitzfeld would not have allowed that.
