Di Maria

Negredo + £30M

I don't even like the player.. But just for fun

Kun, Zab, Demi, Willy, Pelli, CL.. Come on Angel, you know it makes sense.

Would you take it or not? And how would he fit? bench?

Not for me. We have a decent grade of striker from world class to just class and I wouldn't want Di Maria coming in and trying to command a 1st team place.

Plus, if the Rags don't want him, why should we ;-)

I'd have him. Wonderful player - one that would improve any squad in the world. Dunno where he'd fit in though.

Strong rumours rags are getting him for squillions. He's a good player.

It probably is. The rags haven't got CL football and PSG were interested. Also they're desperate and probably hope he'll be an anchor player, attracting another player or two before deadline day.

Never seen the appeal. All show and no end product. Will be at the scum less than two years and leave for half the transfer fee.

Simon Mulloch (The Mirror) is reporting a senior source at our place saying he was offered to us earlier this summer and we declined.

I think we had a very clear idea of who we wanted this window and got the lot. Looks like Khedira is off too. May well go to Bayern with the injury to Martinez. If I was van Gaal I'd want him too. He's far better than Carrick or Fletcher.

A very good player who would improve any squad. It's hard to see why he would want to leave European champions for mid table rags! Other than loads of lolly.....

He's been forced out by Perez. No one else was prepared to pay the asking price. I'd rather see this guy at the rags than an outstanding defensive midfielder or central defender, good player though he is.
