He's extended till 2016 and joined Wigan on loan for next season. Should be a good move for him with Uwe Rosler hoping to push for promotion.

Carry on like this and he'll turn into Emlyn Hughes, become really annoying, and end up as a team captain on QOS

Not a bad bit of business. Would have liked to have seen him given a run out but there you go. This is what the rags have done well for years, getting good money for lads who don't quite make it for first team. Chuffed we might start to reap a little

Surprised we didn't wait a bit longer & give him a quick run out next season, but he was probably unlikely to get in our midfield & some of the younger kids will soon be better than him.

You're right there blue and there may even be a buy-back and / or a resale clause in there so we could gain again in the future.
All the more reason to wish the fellow well eh?
