Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!
by Beefymcfc » Mon Sep 01, 2014 4:57 pm
You do have a point Ted but this is the Rags and the emphasis will always be 'Give them time'. To be honest, they could be going for our record of scoring the most goals whilst being relegated, it looks that bad, but once again, they'll talk about the attacking flair and 'Rag way'.
And the talks of ruining football and being 'Morally Bankrupt' will almost certainly be reserved for the select few. Surely these comments can't be aimed at thee 'Big Spenders' this window.
What is quite interesting is that the likes of Monaco have to get rid of some of their quality players whilst us and PSG have had to curtail their spending. That's FFP for you right there.

Falco on 346 k per week.
Munchens continue breaking financial signings and fees records like they have done since 1992........but it isn't them...apparently.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Strange one that. What's even stranger is that they'd not be sanctioned for this kind of spending. Surely FFP was brought in to stop clubs spending above their remit just to get in the trough of the CL. You can't be spending this season in the hope that you won't get sanctioned the season after next, it's a 3 year rolling thing isn't it?
Oh, I forgot, David Gill gets the deciding vote.

Whoops, sorry, Barca and Chelsea got a ban so it does apply to them, until it doesn't.

It's much slacker. 110 million loss over three years compared to UEFA's 45 millions.

The new sponsorship deal they have coming in will take care of this. But it's unlikely they will have this kind of splurge again, & they are still half a team short, with 3 ageing strikers.

The new deals can just about pay for the deals but they won't cover anything like their wage structure, or lack of it.

They've managed to get Arsenal to pay 16 million pounds for Welbeck. Amazing business for them.

Actually, that's not bad considering they wanted 20 and wouldn't sell to a rival. Ah, sorry, I said rival. Even the Rags aren't up for 4th.

If that doesn't cause Arsenal fans to finally lose faith in Whinger and start calling for his head, then nothing ever will.

If he signs Nastasic as well, rags chances of getting 4th will skyrocket.

people are stopping watching the rags .
the next time they play they are the only game on a sunday afternoon.
Hardly worth opening the pub for a couple of wasters and 50 asylum seekers that don't buy any beer.
