Look where the young Argie was when that shot went in then too. Back post waiting to put it in. Love that goal-scorers instinct.

i can't imagine what happens when the real cunts get back. I'd love some Doug training reports in detail like years ago....fighting for a place on the team will make Saturdays at 3 pm (or Sundays or Mondays or yknow....) seem like a walk in the park.

I'm behind on the match but I'm a little confused.

NYCFC is part owned by MCFC yet the crowd is overwhelmingly for Liverpool. beyond that, Liverpool is owned by the owner of the Boston Red Sox. This game is in NYC which is run by the Yankees. And, MCFC is also part owned by the Yankees.
one would've thought that the NYC crowd would be on our side

Amazing to think we have komps, nasri, silva, aguero, zaba, demichelis, sagna, fernandinho, negredo not playing. Yet they are missing the Southampton boys -lambert.

Well that was like sabotage. But even before the substitutions, it was too easy to put balls in behind Nastasic & in front of Kolarov. That should be very easy to defend.

Also, even though he's clearly not fit, a fully fit Yaya if playing further forward is going to have serious competition in Jovetic. I haven't seen a better player in this pre season.

A strolling Ya Ya , a "what the fuck is he doing now?" Micah, combined with the truly awful Nastasic is a handicap no team on earth can cope with. Everyone else was mint. Til the pens.Good fun and many eye catching performances. This Zuc is going to make it in my view.

Probably because NY City don't actually exist yet, Liverpool have been building up support there for 40 years while we were shite. Remarkable how many City fans exist already imo.

Whatever the result, its a preseason game and I am liking what I am seeing.

Navas is like Kinkladze with a brain,
Jovetic is a very very clever box of tricks.
The Natcho has such confidence for a kid.
Sinclair looks like he's up for it.
Hart and Big Willy are going to have a great battle for the keeper's shirt.
So much class, great movement and we have yet to see Zabba, Kompany, Demichaos, Silva, Aguero, Fenandinho (the Mangler if we get him) etc.

I was a bit footballed out but now can't wait. We have onehelluva squad....where do we play em all?
I KNOW THAT YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU UNDERSTOOD WHAT YOU THINK I WROTE, BUT I AM NOT SURE YOU REALISE THAT WHAT YOU READ IS NOT WHAT I MEANT
