I truly hope that the final is between Brazil vs Argentina, with Brazil very narrowly winning the World Cup. Either way, it's a win-win situation, since I would also be very happy to see all of City's Argentinians winning the World Cup! It would be especially amusing if either Sergio Aguero or Fernandinho scores the winning goal, in the 93:20 minute of the match!

Before the tourno I predicted Germany, Argies, Brazil, Uruguay - In that order. Should that happen I would get a bottle of whiskey from my mates and be 150eur richer so that's what I'm hoping for.

Throughout the tournament I've hoped for City players to be knocked out ASAP to give them a proper break but now, if my prediction doesn't happen then I hope Zabba wins it. And MDM&Sergio too but esp.Zabba

They didn't play Spain.

Dutch hopefully, backed them at 17/2 after the groups. They were quite poor against Costa Rica though.

I still have a gut feeling that Brazil will jam it even though they don't deserve it.

If he wins the thing, he will be officially upgraded by the media to Son of God. I wouldn't even want the risk of them reaching the final and losing to the team they hate most in the world (Germany). Argies to dump em out on Wednesday, after that, I don't care. I wanted Belgium after England went out, but you can't just keep picking teams as each one gets knocked out, there does come a point when you don't particularly want to support anyone.

Fortunately they (The Dutch) got beat last night, but, I bet the press don't slag his "magical tactics" off. I'm very happy our boys played a part in seeing them fall.

As much as I would like to see our players in the Argie set up lift the world cup, I just can't see them beating Germany on their current form. Hopefully it'll be a fantastic game, loads of goals to keep us going, as it's a long wait now till the start of the season! Roll on the Premiership!!
