He's in Manchester for his medical, this will be confirmed tonight or tomorrow morning as long as there's no hiccups with the paper work.

Kinda surprised he's interested in coming here to back up Joe. Sure, there's a chance Pellegrini benches Joe again but that's hardly reason enough to give up a starting job for the bench

I just heard pretty good question:

If WILLY is such a good keeper, how come he isn't even in the Argie team?

Managers have their favourites, whether just or not. Everything I've read suggested he should be their number one, never mind just in the squad.

Nasri. Barry. Tevez. Fernandinho... all these players have suffered totally unfair international exiles. Just four of no doubt many, many, many examples.

It's a good question considering that Romero doesn't even start for his club team and hardly played last season (I think that was him)

Hart's best run of form for us was when he had to prove he was the No. 1 ahead of Given.

If Willy is genuine competition and possibly good enough to displace him it can only be good for City either way so I'm happy with it.

MDM's wife had tweeted Willy's wife to say how happy she is he's signed for City. But sure that's how City would have wanted to release the news, but sounds like he's passed his medical

Hope he has signed and he's not being a dick stalling over any cake clause in his contract. If he is he can Cock off the bloody know jockey! We had pants and now we have willy!

Hopefully this chap will keep Hart on his toes. Pants did a sound job of stepping up when he was needed and Hart needs someone to push him.
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?

"Croque Santa Cruz instrumental in the signing of big Willy"

Headline right there
"If we fire our manager after just one bad season - We'll become Chelsea"
"If we think we can fix the problem by buying expensive players - We'll become City"
"If we remember the good times to entertain us during the bad times - We'll become Liverpool"

So, keep calm and do it the United way

"We invest in young players, That is what we are good at — we’re not like other clubs who can spend fortunes on proven goods. We know that Manchester City are going to pay stupid money, pay silly salaries and all that. We can’t do anything about it. We concentrate on what we can do to try to bring players in for the right reasons. We invest in those who will be with the club for a long time, who will create the character of the club, who will create excitement for our fans. We are very proud of that and we are going to continue that way" - Alex Ferguson 14th May 2012

The best form Joe had was when Shay Given was on the bench and pushing him. I think Caballero is an upgrade on Pants and will push Joe all the way. That can only be a good thing for the squad.

I am not sure about that he holds a key thing or two over Joe, he passes the ball like a quarter back, quicker thinker than Joe when we C.A
