Ashley Smith-Brown 2 yr contract

Postby Wonderwall » Mon Jun 30, 2014 2:13 pm

According to Sky Sources

Manchester City have tied down starlet Ashley Smith-Brown to a two-year contract, Sky Sports understands. The 18-year-old, who can play in midfield or defence, is one of the most highly-rated young players at City and has skippered their youth sides.

It's about time these lads start getting a seat on the bench with a chance of a run-out. It's no use keeping them wrapped up and then without games letting them go.

Although I say that, I can see this season being a bit of a turning point for the youngsters and we'll see far more of them in the squad.
