That wasn't even a story either. Some fat 17 year old fuck boasted on twitter that he was gonna waste time prior to the game and then sat on the ball and wouldn't give it to Hazard. He then kicked the BALL not the 'kid' from under him and he rolled around pathetically.
If anything that 'kid' owes Hazard an apology.
