They are stocking up to play in Europe. Since they don't play with a defence I follows that they don't need any defenders for the extra games ;-)

Barca must be one of the worst run clubs out there. They are loaded with attacking talent. Their defence is average and yet they sign more attackers for ridiculous amounts.
