The media bias is/will be everywhere.
Tune n SSN for the 0700 headlines with a hangover. I felt worse when I realised that the morning after we win what is considered to be the best ever title race - we are not the headline news. First we had to get the riveting stuff about Ashley Cole retiring from international football!! and of course that the scum are 'rumoured' to have made a bid for Luke Shaw - fucking disgusted!!
Would have been different if red scouse had won you can be sure
No we should not care - but it is disgusting - as is the focus during the last week on FFP to deflect away from CITY's title challenege

Last time we won the title they had a programme on the the following morning asking 'Have Man City destroyed football?' so we've made progress. 5 Lies is really nothing more than the Daily Mail of the airwaves.

Well said mate, both the BBC and SSN having City as second story behind Cashly retiring, fuck them, it's in the record books and that's all that counts

Nice description and very apt.

Inevitably, the FA and the Premier League will have been appalled at the 'pitch invasion' at the final whistle and they'll consider that Police lives could have been endangered by this screaming and uncontrolled mob.
No doubt they'll be advocating the immediate re-institution of barriers and fencing at the Etihad, to prevent such dangerously unwanted antics in the future.
They certainly won't want a repeat of such riotous behaviour at a similar time next year.

That's fine then because it won't happen at a similar time next year - it'll happen a month earlier because we'll have it sown up in April without fail.

And if not we'll have 'underachieved'.

Buy the title?
We sure did. Now kindly show me a team that hasn't in the premier league and well follow that model.
My answer everytime. Yet to get a decent response.

Do you remember back in the days of Wio costing Utd £34 million in total, & K**ne getting 50k pw wages, Utd generally inflating the transfer market & wage structure every year, the standard response to criticism, from Utd fans, Andy Gray, N**ille & basically any football pundit anywhere: "YOU CAN'T BUY THE LEAGUE". Sir Alex, blah blah, skill in management blagh.
It was like an unwritten law. YOU CAN'T BUY THE LEAGUE. Repeated over & over in media, pubs, everywhere.
Now it's become "YOU BOUGHT THE LEAGUE".
Strange how times change.

Of course not, because it is their (bank's) money!
Anyway, possession is nine tenths of the law so sue us.

To be fair there is so some fantastic coverage of us in the papers today.
Lots of phrases like "unquestionably the best", "cavalier, spellbinding football", "football as it should be played", "exhilarating attacking".

...normal service resumed.
City win the league yeah whatever
lets talk about the BAD things weve just made up
really takes the piss.
If pool had won they would be on their fifth box of kleenex by now the utter cunts.
My contempt for the media in this country is at its height right now.
