No, that was Greg Dyke.

Scudamore said that the League was being damaged by The Rags being shite and wanted them to be better.

Speaking as someone who calls a cunt a cunt, I have to say that imo, Souness has been generally ok & sometimes almost pro City but just had a bit of a meltdown when Liverpool fucked up & cunted himself for a bit. Redknapp has had quite a few moments of cuntiness, but tbf to him, he has also handed out fair praise & indeed high praise at the end.

Once they came down from the depression of Gerrard falling on his arse, I think both have been fair enough to City.

In fact, after seeing a replay of the post match, they seem genuinely pleased for City & are actually quite enjoying the celebrations, looking round & smiling watching the fans as others were speaking. Quinn too has been very very pro City in recent times, & his nostalgic smile when everyone was singing 'Wonderwall' was quite touching.

They continued with that theme on the Prem review show.

Carragher is just a fucking mouthpiece for Liverpool but gave us grudging, semi cuntish praise. But he's deffo a cunt.

Ratboy heavilly praised our academy etc, & him plus Redknapp were gobsmacked when they heard Yaya had scored 10 goals from 13 free kicks!

The interesting thing was that all of them, including Ratboy & Carragher, thought that if you were a kid, City is the team you would sign for.

I get annoyed that punters say other teams lost it at points of the season. They forgot our first six away games yielded not a lot. Neville made the best point. Had we had a fit Sergio, Silva, Yaya and Vinnie all season we would have walked it. I have to say I find Neville pretty good and fair on Sky. Just don't get me started on Carragher.

ah but it isn't it half a story - Van Persie's lad plays for both City & United and will have to make a decision at some point soon which one he'll play for. I know we think the media all hate us, but when the knives were out for Moyes it made sense to be economical with the truth

If we are handing out some "up yours" awards, Stan Collymore, the entire cast and crew on Sunday Supplement, Dietmar Hamann, Brendan Rodgers, the millions that cheer on the Liverpool coach - nobody shouts at a coach quite like them - Platini (again) and Greg Dyke (again).
