I hope every city fan has watched that game tonight and will take a leaf out of Palaces book, they were superb. Get in early and get the the noise levels up early.

They sounded so amazing on the TV at 3-0 I could hardly believe it. Classy classy stuff.

We have to match that and do something that we haven't done all season and that's create an atmosphere.

Kate's on her way!
Agreed Palace fans were superb and it would be great to hear something similar.

I started a thread after the Sunderland game, that basically the team & fans played an end of season game that night & don't deserve to win the league.
Now we have a lifeline, as much down to our own efforts at Palace & Everton as Liverpool's arse job. But now we can make up for the utter disgrace of a non atmosphere at the Sunderland game, & prove to everyone that we are worthy champions.
It's not out of the question at all, that Villa could have a great night & cause us problems, they are a good team on their day & Fat Sam has shown how he can get results too, BUT that will only happen if us fans allow it to.
If we recreate the kind of atmosphere we had at Maine Rd back in the days of promotions etc, an end of season Villa will lose, as will West Ham. It's as simple as that. We can make the difference.
We can drag City through these games, even if they struggle.
If everyone sits there with their arms folded waiting to be entertained, a fuckup is on the cards.

The best way to do this is if the club turn off the disco before the game starts and allows the crowd to build the atmosphere like we used to.

The best way the club could get the fans in the mood before each of our two games is to show key moments from our title winning season culminating in the Aguero moment.
Just like it's down to the fans to get the players up for it and keep them there, it's also down to the club to do the same for the fans.

They get behind their side at Palace. We should take a leaf out of their book with that atmosphere. I think our ground will be rocking tomorrow night.
One thing I am proud off is that City fans have acted with dignity through this campaign. Because off our bad years we are a naturally pessimistic lot, and keep our feet firmly on the ground. There will be no trumpet blowing by our fans until we have the title in the bag.
Liverpool fans right of entitlement got up right up everybody's noses. Thinking it was in the bag in April was disrespectful and didn't endear them to many in the football community. I also didn't like the way they tried to exploit the dead to give their selves a psychological advantage. As well as their consistent terrible on field theatrics around the penalty area to gain advantages against the oppostion. The fans made the atmosphere at Anfield poisonous with their booing and whistling, taking it off the pitch bricking coaches etc.
I have to say I fully understand why the RAGS detest them. I would rather see anyone win a title except them, including the RAGS.
I think Liverpool will find it tough next season to break in to the top 4,let alone win a title.

Agree with that, the loud music before kick-off and after games just cuts any natural buzz completely, after all it's not ice hockey is it.
(h
owever 'Hey Jude' after beating the rags was some inspired DJ'ing)

Worst one is the PL music. Teams come out, atmosphere builds, everything stops for a classical interlude.
When we won the title, the night game against Chelsea was brilliant. I suspect it'll be more of the same tomorrow, albeit with a bit of bail biting.
And if you leave early, your ticket should be taken off you for the West Ham game and given to a real supporter.

Lets hope everyone is really up for it, if they arent, what will it take to get them up for it? I hate it when the crowd is listless when its clear the players need us.

We need an atmosphere like we had at the Hamburg match a few years ago.
