Two blatant hand balls only one given. 1-0 to the blue dippers.

Seamus Coleman outstanding on the Right for Everton. As soon as the scum come up against a bit of quality they look mediocre. They had a couple of chances very late on which Moyes will cling onto in interviews but Everton should have scored at least 4.

I'm amazed how un-give-a-fucked I am about United losing.

It's weird isn't it? Normally I'd find it hilarious and enjoyable but really don't care now.

It's worrying that the media teams are getting all these sympathy votes from the refs. Next season the rags without European games to worry about will be the next sympathy team.

Do we care about the result tonight? Do any of the 3 results make a difference for us?
Best defense in Europe vs best defense in England. Gonna be a stingy affair.
Very interesting lineup from Jose. Oscar and Schurrle on the bench. No Ivanovic or Eto'o. Salah and Matic cup tied. Is he really thinking about Liverpool?

You can see it now 'after so long out of the top 4 the scum have risen like a phenix...'
Apparently the 'pool have had such a torrid time - so long out if contention and had to endure such hardship... They don't know they're fucking born!

a proper atmosphere in madrid tonight
good to see so many atletico fans hanging / sitting over the safety barrier behind the goal the chavs are defending - imagine what would happen if you tried that in this country

I was thinking the same ... I think best for us would be this tie being over tonight either way ... so a 3-0 either way will shift his focus on to Liverpool but it's likely to be a 0-0 or 1-1 tonight, which will keep him interested in the second leg which then he might consider to be the bigger fish and rest key players against Liverpool.

According to ITV Diego Simeone is still not forgiven for the over dramatics when Beckham kicked him in '98. Really? I for one could not give a flying fuck.

Watching the game in Newcastle; they're all supporting Chelsea because Madrid shirts remind them of Sunderland!

I remember always having a fondness for Lazio when Channel 4 used to show Italian football.

Cech gonna have to go. If you look at it again it's actually David Luiz who pushes Garcia into Cech. Luiz injuring his own player.
