If the dippers finish top then Rodgers, if not then Pulis.

He'd me my choice regardless.

As for pulis, should he win the award will he attend the ceremony wearing a...gulp...suit?

But they will give it to that cunt Rodgers. Everything will go to Liverpool. It's a special year for the dirty bastards and the world loves them.

Like handing them a fucking league title isn't enough.

Rodgers has taken a side who finished 7th last season to potentially and probably winning the league. Martinez has taken a side who finished 6th who possibly could get top 4.
No doubting Martinez has done a great job and he's a very likeable bloke but to say it's not even a competition, given what Rodgers could achieve is frankly not true.

The OP's question was who should, not who will.
Martinez took a good, not particularly great, side, from relative mid-table stagnation, to serious contenders for a CL spot, and for the greater part of the season, they were forerunners in unbeaten games. Only a great manager is able to instill that kind of never-say-die mentality in his players.
Couple that with the fact that this is his first season as Everton manager - they have enjoyed progress with him at the helm and given their fans renewed hope, that speaks volumes.
Liverpool have a more talented attacking force, so Rodgers is just mulling around at best with that proverbial silver spoon in his mouth.

Yes, it's nothing short of a miracle for me even though he wears the club shop.

Moyes, his only mistake was staying in the Chump's league but he delivered everywhere else, bless him.

Rodgers has done well but he has a squad which is and has been the 3rd most exspensive in the league for a while.

For me, it is Tony Pulis by a country mile.

I think if we were sitting nicely 5points clear at the top with Liverpool 2nd people would have a very different tone regarding Rodgers achievements.. Just saying.

Pulis. Hats off to him. He's a results first guy and it shows. Contender

Martinez has done really well and I like the lad a lot as I've said but if they finish fifth, how much better have they actually been? Without Moyes they would've again been sixth. Still a contender.

Pellegrini for me! Fantastic breath taking first half of the season. Okay maybe we could keep up the momentum but still some classy most impressive football I've seen us play. Cup in the bag and bit further forward in Europe. Onwards and upwards please!

It has to be Pulis or Rodgers. I don't like either, but each have amply demonstrated what an awful second half of the season we have had. League Cup win aside.

Oops, sorry. Martinez. Continuing to give the lie to the nonsense that was Moyes's "brilliant" reign at Everton.

As much as I despise the crap about City and the endless references to money, Pellegrini cannot win it purely because "money" does actually matter. If we'd kept on playing that amazing football of last autumn and winter, Manuel would be in with a real shout, but sadly we haven't achieved nearly what we should have done in 2013/14. Winning the league might still change that, of course.

Pulis has done great but he still managed to lie down for the rags at Selhurst Park.Don't think they have lost since.

Pellegrini?! Fuck me. Some disillusioned people here.

Rodgers has already achieved the biggest feat regardless and will win it. Pulis great, Martinez also great.

I will decide at the end of the season. But I will probably vote for Harry Redknapp.
