The early KO for us gives us a chance to put a little more pressure on those around us. Chelsea have had a bit of a stumble lately losing 2 of their last 3 while Stoke are heading in a different direction with 3 wins on the bounce, not losing in 5 since losing to us.
Everton v Arse looks the pick of the other games and with Arsenal only picking up 2 points from their last 3 games it looks a tough ask against a Martinez side who've gone on a mazy 5 game winning streak. What is it with the Scousers at the moment, with Liverpool winning 2 million games on the trot there'll be taking over the Manchester mantle soon.
Can West Ham do the Dippers though? I'm not quite sure but with 2 wins under their belt it at least gives hope for a tougher game than they'd have got earlier in the season. The reverse fixture was a serious waste of 2 hours of my life, hoping for a Hammer blow to the Dippers chances only to see Liverpool scoring all 5 goals in a 4-1 win. Nolan just capped off the non-event, getting sent off for a naughty tackle.
So, as we're the early KO these games are the ones that will see us through the weekend. Just hope we set it off with a storm and we can then sit back and hope/pray for others to drop points.
Today
Aston Villa v Fulham 15:00
Cardiff v Crystal Palace 15:00
Hull v Swansea 15:00
Newcastle v Man Utd 15:00
Norwich v West Brom 15:00
Chelsea v Stoke 17:30
Tomorrow
Everton v Arsenal 13:30
West Ham v Liverpool 16:00
Monday
Tottenham v Sunderland 20:00

That's one area we consistently messed up last season - we didn't put pressure on the rags at any point and they strolled it. Make Liverpool go to West Ham knowing they HAVE to win. They know that now, but a win for us just rubs it in.
Hopefully Fat Sam can pull out one if his tactical masterclasses and get at least a point. And break Suarez's leg.

Oooooooo, nasty.
Oh, forgot to mention the Toon match. Without 'Big Al' they've not done to well, losing their last 2, but they've got a real chance today against the mid-table whipping boys.

Just watching Uwe going skits at his players. Wigan 0 v 0 Leeds, 5 minutes in.

England women's team have been having a good game, granted Montenegro are shite, but there's some lovely attacking football going on. 9-0 and they've hit the 'woodwork' twice.

If a player accumulates ten cautions between the opening day of the playing season and the second Sunday of April in the same season, he will be suspended automatically for two matches.
is this still valid?
if so, why is Gerrard 1 yellow away? i thought he was on 7..
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

Either way, I wouldn't be banking on Stevie Starfish getting a yellow anytime soon, they'll want him in all his glory for our game.

No Remy, no Ben Arfa and they wonder why they're struggling.

Felleini should have been sent off for another elbow.
Instead, the ref gave the rags a free kick that they nearly scored from.
Hilarious

The Rags will get lots of decisions until the end of the season so it looks like they've turned the corner for next season. It'll keep the Sky punters paying their hard earned.

Yes but they underestimate Moysie at their peril.

I see that Cardiff are losing 2-0 to Palace at home. Surely he's got to be sacked now.

No point I think. They are down any way. Tan's fault. Ole should nicer have taken that job. Hiding to nothing.

Leicester - who also have Southeast Asian owners - just secured a place in next year's Premier League, (still) wearing blue. The mutant Cardiff Reds are already cut adrift and going down. What a delicious bit of irony.
Still think red is lucky, Tan?
