All the blues that haven't started "supporting" City post takeover, feel free to comment regarding you're thoughts about the pondlife that jumped on the bandwagon post takeover.

how do you define this Breks? Genuine fans are allowed to follow City post Sheik Mansours acquisition. All this "I am a better supporter than you" is bollox. The older supporters will have the years of hurt and joy of watching City, Gillingham 99, Huddersfield 10-1 losing to Stockport County FFS and this is something that nobody can ever achieve as been and gone. It doesn't make us any better than a new supporter and doesn't make our views any more poignant.

We don't need glory hunters to fill the stadium we have always had a good fanbase.

I wasn't in my seat on Monday and noticed that there were a lot of foreign fans in the stands where I was sat. City are growing week by week and are going to attract more people from further a field or people that come for a day out. We are pushing to be one of the biggest clubs in the world so this is inevitable. It can and will detract from a match day atmosphere but if we want to be a global brand will need to accept this. We can't have it both ways.

Saying that I know loads of so called City fans that have come out of the wood work after not going to games for years and years. I get loads of requests for tickets off people that haven't been for a long time. A few do blame Stuart Pearce.....

Without 'new' supporters that put money into the club, expect the cost of your match tickets to rise at a faster rate in future!

what i meant was I'd rather have a full stadium.

i stated supporting City around 76/77 - post League Cup success and around the time they had given Liverpool a damn good thrashing in the league so I suppose you could say I'm a glory hunter :-)
