Did no-one else see Ali being interviewed before the game in City square before the Arse game. His love for City just radiated out from him.
Brought tears to my eyes it did.

Was being interviewd at half tine too - i missed the pre-match one so thanks Ant.
Always got the feeling he found his home here - guys like him are what keep the club grounded so we remember the greats we had even when we were struggling :-)

I missed the H/T one, I spent the entire time trying to find some sugar for my coffee. Richest club in the world and they can't organise sugar.

I got there just for the last couple of minutes, he got a great reception. Then, after Ali, some fucker who seemed to be doing an impression of a faulty radio appeared & one had to wonder why.
His half time interview was nice too although his prediction of 3-1 was wide of tye mark.
Just to add; the Goat has just replaced Nigel Gleghorn as the City summariser on Radio Manchester. Surprised me; thought he lived in Bermuda.

Ali claimed the credit for coaching the bloke who hit the cross bar in the half time competition. Prize was a box vs Liverpool, so I hope he invited Ali to it.

I missed it as well queuing for a pie which had sold out. Left as the whistle went and made it back to see Aguero being taken off.
Thought it was Ali B being interviewed on the screen, but no sound

Good interview. I'm amazed how good his English is, considering he's spent his whole life in France and Arabic-speaking nations apart from his time with us.
