Premier League Officials Watch

After having just watched the highlights of our match last night the officials and refferee clearly got 3 major decisions wrong last night which cost us 3 possible goals ...... 2 were stonewall penalties and Negredo,s goal ruled out for offside when clearly onside . WTF is going on ??? if the game was tighter last night anyone of those "joke" decisions could have cost us points ?

After previous seasons "iffy" decisions going against us i am begining to wonder again even though the piss can has took a back seat or are the "officials" just shit ?

Negredo's goal should obviously have stood but although we had two decent shouts for penalties I don't think you can label either penalty claim as 'stonewall'.
There was contact on Toure but he did seem to go down very easily and for the Taylor handball, you've seen them given and you've seen them not.

Marriner was a shit ref though, mainly because he just wanted to get his cards out whenever he could.

And the linesman flagged for offside, not Mariner.

Everyone knows Yaya can't be taken down that easily so his embellishment did him no favors

Yes, but the fact they took the ball away from him when they hadn't done it at all, all night, should have given him a clue the other way.

There were several examples of high profile decisions that were debatable (at best) and have already been mentioned, but the one that I remember being annoyed at was the foul on Gouffran, when he fell, tried to catch the ball and got two hands on it, and it then rolled to another Geordie, the ref signalled advantage, and then when he lost the ball the ref pulled it back for a free kick.

God I hope so. The fucking refs blow the offside call too often. No idea how you'd implement it though

Judging by the time it took for goal-line tech I'd say around 2035.

The ref last night looked as if he was trying to make amends for the Arsenal game.

I don”t care about Chelsea, i would rather they win the title instead of those red fucks.

The problem is, we must understand this: The decisions this season will be more biased than ever, because that old Drunkfuck left United and they need something. We will see some weird things this season.

Just remember, our last away penalty was in 2010, at Wolves, we lost 2-1, Adeba scored.

No it wasn't. How about Dzeko at the Emirates?

Oh god, sorry about that. Forgot. That was the last, but before that it was at Wolves.

Ok after week 1

Three really shit decisions costing us possibly 3 goals deffo 1 went against us even though we strolled it and the oppo had a player sent off ...... okey dokey !

Chelsea got a real dodgy decision in their favour ....... poss red card but led to a goal from said player , close game 3 points !

Rags ..... fuck all happened , Swansea were shite !

This thread will be very very interesting as the season progresses ......... believe me ! ;-)
