The one I've just got was only 2 teams in Europe's top 5 divisions failed to win a penalty last season - spuds and Swansea although with Bale falling over all the time I'm a tad surprised he didn't dupe the ref at least once.
Similarly only 2 teams didn't give away a penalty in the top 5 European divisions last season. One was atletico Madrid and the other was surprise surprise the rags.
