This why the finalist only receive reduced allocation as the FA distribute thousands to the county FA's etc, who often sell them on/raffle them to generate funds to run the local leagues etc. Sad that they have to do this considering the FA get fortunes out of the game, but waste it by spending £750mil on a stadium and thousands of £'s to various committee men on expenses
