Chelsea express 'regret' over Clattenburg

I've posted a link to the statement below if anyone's interested. Seems Chelsea's Chairman (Bruce Buck) has had a chat with all the Premier League refs in the hope they won't gang up on his club over the forthcoming season. No apology as such just an expression of regret and says that Clattenburg will be welcomed back at Stamford Bridge in the future. Wonder when he'll be welcomed back at the swamp?

How to say sorry without saying sorry. Buck could almost be a politician.

Told you that they'd find some way of avoiding finding anyone guilty.

On the plus side, if he refs us again
against Chelski we might get that stonewall penalty.

Clatenburg to replace Rafa as Chelsea look to build bridges with refs.

Oh no - it will be the reverse because either:

a) he will be at pains to show this episode leaves him with no grudge, or more likely

b) he is another baconface sycophant that will look to turn us over just like last year
