Halseys had a hard week so we should leave it there. Hmm.

I turned it on to see what they had to say, and then promptly turned it off.

The main wanker in my eyes is Hansen.....week in, week out he slates us. The only logical reason I can think of is that he believes we are responsible for his beloved Liverpool's downfall.

I find that I can cope with Lineker, he gives an honest opinion, and the guest can vary from week to week.

Also, I can't stand that other Saggy Chopped Fucker Lawrenson either....

....end of rant

Also....does anyone else think that Sky have relaxed there attitude towards us?

We used to have a prefix of Moneybags everytime they mentioned us but I haven't seen that in a while

Not sure if i caught it right but did they really put the posession stats up as 50% each?
We pissed them at 70% easy.

Biggest stitch up in the history of match of the day. fulham were given way too much credit in the highlights. love how we were also accused of not having played well despite 60 minutes of dominance

Every once in a while when they were trying to be a bit more high brow it would be "Oil-Rich City" for a bit of variation.

Halley has had a tough week though. Poor mite.

Fucking laughable how they spend 5 minutes on the pens yoonited SHOULD of had yet refuse to highlight or discuss one of the goals in our game. Just ignore it completely and it will go away. Not to mention (pun intended) ignoring the 2 pens we should of had aswell.

seeing as i was holed up in a remote village hall with no signal i missed watching my first live game for quite a while (villa aside). managed to read most of the match thread s d some great analysis on here yesterday evening.

Was gobsmacked by the lack of discussion at the end, particularly the fact they didn't ever discuss the pen. Also they said something along the lines of 'just above a poor performance from city'. that either makes the majority of you on the match thread liars or they don't like to give us any credit at all. non bias my arse!

Glad to see Gabby doing her bit for women in the media.

"We won't discuss the penalties because Mark Halsey's had a tough week but what did you make of the Burgundy kits Mick?"

Match of the Day really is a joke these days. Goals on Sunday is so much better in every single way.

I agree with everyone, MOTD is shite. But its quiet simple, it's never going to change, so just watch Goals on Sunday if you are lucky enough to have sky; better highlights, normally better analysis, just generally much much better.

Concept of MOTD is great. When it went over to itv and was called the premiership it was even worse than the shite they serve up now on the BBC.

Kammy on goals on sunday is honest, funny and analytical, its spot on, juat wish it was on on a saturday night.

Ha Ha and Newcastle have the same away kit as us so shame Shearer not on so Gabby could have asked Sherer for his opinion. Lets talk "Kit of the Day" with Gabby

I do enjoy the coverage, even if it is somewhat misleading, but the punditry is actually shocking.

And it's getting worse, these guys get paid decent wages to talk about ours and liverpools away kit. WTF

Mick McCarthy criticizing Vincent Kompany is like Cher Lloyd giving tips on singing to Adele.
