Disgusting. I take it the live tweets we'll be treated to during tv football from now on (I bet this is just the start) will be purely selective, and designed to project, or sway the mood to the gabbing masses as 'they' see fit.

I can see all kinds of mischief being used, especially when commentators are already exhibiting high levels of bias and anti-City sentiment.

Rag players certainly wouldn't be above Tweeting stuff like "Massive game for City. I can see them being very bitter if they have a massive setback today" when the whim takes them, especially if they thought they would be used during a City match. Tweeting has become a ridiculous way of creating "news", especially when coming from the loathsome Ferdinand, Rooney and Barton.
