Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Balo was extremely unlucky while Skrtl should have got a yellow and Carroll a red. The refereeing was dreadfully inconsistent.
Let's look beyond the terrible refereeing performance. This is the ref that sent Rodwell off in the scouse derby. Why then, would you give this ref this high profile match? A stupid decision far worse than the poor ones on the pitch.

The commentator said Balo was fifth player Atkinson sent off this season, and out of the 5 he has sent off this season three were playing against Liverpool. (rodwell, balo, ??)

I was wondering was it the ref we had at QPR, he was so bad.
Has anybody commented on the Reina handball outside the box?
He should have been off

No good moaning about it . We are going to win the title no matter what the ref does .

Do you actually understans what you are asking Dazzer? Do you believe that they are there to officiate or there to keep the order?

I'd quite like to know the chain of command when it comes to assigning refs - I'm pretty sure there's some brown envelopes involved somewhere. (the same goes for deciding fixtures - I remember a TV programme fairly recently saying it was basically one man and his computer that decides the entire English fixture list, sounds like a lucrative sideline with pleny of scope for bungs).

I remember looking on with astonishment when Rodwell got sent off as well. Not that I should have been surprised I suppose.
Frimpong left the ground with his studs up and only got a yellow(his second), he was a lucky boy to not get a straight red.

There is one club who are allowed a representative to "monitor" the compiling of the fixture list. No prizes for guessing who. 6 away games after champs league matches a coincidence? My fucking arse.
