Hi, everyone!

First of all, excuse any mistakes I may make when using my English. I'm Spanish and I am a Sevilla FC supporter. It's no coincidence I have joined this fórum soon after MC have signed Negredo and Navas, who were clearly the two top players in our team. They have both helped bring quite a few cups to our side in the last few years, especially Navas, after a very long period of winning absolutely nothing. But I guess we needed the cash. I hope they'll do fine in MC. I became close to MC when they became Premier League champions a couple of years ago thanks to that last minute goal scored by Kun Agüero. I remember seeing Ferguson's face on TV, it was priceless!

Hopefully I'll be able to watch some MC games on TV this season, and maybe post something every now and then.

PS. I hate Real Madrid, Cristiano Ronaldo and José Mouriño. Intensely.

We have signed a few players, among them a couple of strikers to compensate for Negredo's absence: Carlos Bacca, from Colombia, he has been top striker in the Belgian League playing for Club Brugge (don't know much about him), and Kevin Gameiro, from Paris Saint Germain, this one looks pretty good, has played for France, but he's been mostly on the bench, having to compete with Ibrahimovic and now with Cavani too. Reminds me of Saviola, who played for us on loan a few yeas ago.

And Navas has been replaced by Marko Marin, from Chelsea, on loan for a year. He looks good too, but we'll have to see.

Actually, Sevilla's best years came after we transfered our best players (Reyes to Arsenal, Sergio Ramos and Julio Baptista to Real Madrid and Daniel Alves to Barcelona), and signed good players like Kanouté, Luis Fabiano, Maresca, Poulsen, Keita and others, that led us to win a couple of UEFA Cups (2006 and 2007) two Copas del Rey (same as FA Cup in England), an European Super Cup and a Spanish Super Cup, our first titles since...1948! (excuse me for showing off a bit, couldn't help it).

We start Europa league competition today, against a team from Montenegro I had never heard about. We'll see how they fare, though Gameiro is injured at the moment.

Just joined the site but been reading post via my mobile for about 2 months. Been supporting City since about 1996, although I only started going games in 2000. Just got me and my son a season ticket for this season, wanted to get one last season but I didn't as I was in Afghanistan so there was no point. Couldn't believe it when we got took over in 2008 as I was just expecting another mediocre season at best. Really looking forward to this season and I really do think that we will get the title back.

Not the best time to be a city fan but that didn't matter to me, will be a blue forever now! Think we're well set up for a fantastic season, hopefully a few more trophies, but I loved city before the trophies and ill love them whatever!

Bloody dreadful time. Awful. Appalling. At the time we were driving up 320 miles and back every match as ST holders. The only consolations were that we were all in it together and, as I told my children (now grown up), one day the great City would be back.

Luckily I was right in the end.
