Training Tuesday 18/1

Postby Douglas Higginbottom » Tue Jan 18, 2011 1:58 pm

I couldnt make it today but NMT got down and posted the following, cheers Neil:

Popped down to Carrington today just to see if anyone was around.

The 1st team were there and came out and had a very light session, Mancini doing his usual positonal warm-up and then Ivan Carminati taking over the stretches and drills. There was no ball work today except for keepy uppies in groups of 3 & 4, even the keepers were showing of their tekkers.

Yaya led from the front today in both the training by showing the rest what exercise to perform and in the joking stakes too, very good spirit today, probably because they knew they were only out for 20 minutes.

Missing were Richards and Dzeko the latter probably inside working in the gym, in the building but not training with the first team were SWP and Adebayor.

Added to the warm-up this morning was Guidetti and Nimely.

Will be back there Thursday hopefully and see my old mucker DH.

NMT

Based on Tweets from Micah he should be back in full training on thursday
