Who is it?
If you'd asked me at the start of the season I'd have said Tevez, but right now - for me - NDJ has to be the first name on the team sheet home or away.

Silva for me. NDJ solid in the midfield is a good shout, but I believe a good playmaker is decisive.

Definitely Nige, the two games he has missed (wolves and everton) have been our worst defensively as well as two defeats. To win the prem mind everyone of them will have to be important.

Nige for me - we look weak in midfield when he doesnt play! going forward though i think it's Silva

I'm not guessing, I'll be more than happy with a surprise.

Silva. He'll be the younger Ali Benarbia City just missed. He'll be our Zola, maybe our Puskas.

Balotelli is the most raw material with unlimited potential: by an actuarial point of view he would be the most logical answer.
Still I cannot stop dreaming of what magics Silva might feature comes more fair pitches at springtime.
1. "unintelligible language"
2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City
You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...
In Roger Ailes/Donnie Drumpf's words: "don't know it for a fact, but many people say so..."
there must be some truth, then!

Shay. His penalty save in the fa cup final will win us some silverware.

In terms of making a quantum change from where we are now, I choose Balotelli. I think he is getting a lot of one on one from Mancini, and will become next to unstoppable by season end.

In terms of losing a player to injury, we would be screwed without De Jong.
But barring injuries, I think it's Balotelli. We've got a consistent performer in Tevez. So, If Balotelli catches fire, we'll be laughing.
Berbatov wins golden boot, spends following season on the bench while his team loses title on goal difference. Well played, Fergie.

I saw it a bit differently to some - more which person is it 'most important steps up to the plate' rather than 'who is our best / most key player'
NDJ is obviously key - but his nature is such that you can almost take it for granted that he will perform - would hate to think of him being out injured though
Ditto Tevez and Kompany - if such guys are injury free they will perform
So my vote whent to Silva - his form has been increasingly impressive in recent games and if he continues to improve he will be such a provider that I think that we will win the league
