In my experience, most people that join the army do so because they have poor life choices and/or have a desire to commit violence. So zero points on that one. Good on ya for not ending up in prison after you left though, I will give you that one.

Many of them yes. I had friends and acquaintances that joined up. They were all either unemployable and needed to learn a trade or were psychos.
