Lesson To Be Learned Here

Postby Niall Quinns Discopants » Mon Dec 13, 2010 11:20 am

As much as I've been dumbfounded with his transfer request and decided to calm my nerves before coming here, only one thing has been pounding in my head....... I fucking said not to trust any fucking munes no matter how good they are. It will always end in tears.

I hope people have FINALLY learned their lesson and understand that we should NEVER have anything to do with any current or ex-munes. EVER.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Felt great to get that off my chest after holding it for few days. Feel free to insult by the way.

I agree. Should've never appointed that munich cunt. Just like Tevez he is good at what he does but we will fuck us over one way or another in future.

The coaching staff would be quite depleted if we got rid of all ex United players.

Your theory is flawed and not one I agree with but I am glad it made you feel better.

I believe that these problems stem from his personality and not the fact that he once wore a red shirt. Blaming utd is an easy way out, unfortunately it won't help anyone in the long run:-(

One can however argue that utd tend to hire players with a certain personality and thus one needs to be carefull when looking at ex-utd personell. Personally I think we just need to be shrewder in our aquisitions now as we are viewed as a cash-cow, I prefer players like Dzeko that are not yet proven in a big league and thus has the hunger and the need to do well for themselves, not just for a team. Look at Kompany, De Jong etc. good players but they were not yet great before they came to us. They seem to be the core of the team both in spirit and tactically.

I know its unfair to play the "but you're from sweden" card but it doesn't make sense to me how much you hate them, you are by far the most obsessed person on this board and usually the first to come out with any anti "mune" comments

Its quite baffling to be honest

The only lesson to be learnt is not to get carried away by the next big signing because they will , at some point, shaft you. This doesn't matter who they used to play for or how good they are.

Will still happen in January regardless.

Tevez is as much a Mune as I am. He doesn't give a fuck about them or anyone else other than himself.

That miserable creature isn't Swedish. Us Swedes are peace-loving people who would never come out with controversial shit like that, no matter how depressed and infuriated we were. We wouldn't want to upset anyone.
No, Antti's ramblings are a trait of the gloomy, obsessive and vodka drenched national character of our beloved neighbours, the Finns.'

I'm sure that in personal level you are right...... however it's no coincidence that apart from Schmeichell, all their ex-players for us have been either poor or fucked us over or both in my lifetime.

I think it'd be good rule to just refuse to do business with current or former rags.
