I've ordered two tickets for West Ham ages ago but still haven't arrived, emails to ticket office go unanswered and calls to supporter services just lead to half an hour of listening to Tevez goals. Does anyone on here who's been in touch with Vicky Kloss on here have her email? She seems quite up to speed with things from what people say on here and although she prob cant sort it out for me, she can prob put a rocket up someone who can...

Hi Mate,
I had an email this morning from the London supporters Club saying tickets were late coming in and are being sent out tonight so i would imagine thats why your havent turned up.

Ok ta, wierd thing is that I ordered 2 others a few days before ordering these missing ones and they turned up a couple of days later. Its getting on for 10-12 days since these missing ones were ordered.

The online ticket sales is a nightmare I tried to get two tickets for Villa on the 28th it took me right through the process then everytime I went to check out it would'nt go through ended up ordering them on the phone and have ended up on second tier south stand 212 dont know what its like up there but I will make up for it in the Townley.

if you dont get them in time they will re print them and leave them for you in the club shop, well thats what happened me last year....
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check your purchase history to see if they have been allocated to you, if they have you will be ok. I ordered 2 Newcastle tickets 11 days ago and they only arrived this morning.
