phew big watch, fantastic, best season i remember.

Benarbia was a football genius, some of those passes just ripped out defences like they didnt have one, he started countless moves, giving our wingers or strikers SO much time and space to play any pass/shot they wanted.

Great vid.

1:52 long though!

Yeah best save it for a lazy day to watch.
I know people compare SIlva with Kinkladze but I think Silva to Benarbia is a far better comparison.

Agree, Silva has similar attributes to Ali . Gio was Lionel Messi without the effort.

What a pity we only saw Ali as a veteran. A young, fully fit Ali would be fantasic in our squad now.

Yeah. Silva is a creator and a brilliant passer. Watching Benarbia in that video is almost identical to watching how Silva plays. Silva isn't the player who will go past 3 or 4 players like Kinkladze used to.

Just watched the first 25 minutes, I forgot how many goals we were scoring (and conceding!) then. 6-2 away at Wednesday.

Brilliant video, although it's 01/02 season, not 02/03.

haven't watched tge vid yet, but I remember Bernarbia's first game - some little old bloke, rejected by Sunderland who suddenly made Joe Royle's functional side tick. It was like we'd signed Yoda. Wish we'd got him at 23

Does anyone know where other season reviews can be found? I've searched on that same site but found nothing

This video has inspired me to dig out CM01/02 and play as City, retro gaming.

It was Keegan who signed Ali B. I dunno if it was his first game but I remember going to Sheffield Wednesday with my dad just after he came. We won 6-2 and I think wanchope scored a hat-trick of goals all laid on by Ali.

Yep me too, and the only end-of-season video worth buying and watching.

Thoroughly enjoyable except that you still have the fact that it's second tier stuff. Maybe we can repeat it in this league 2011-12?
