Balotelli, a Milan fan from childhood, has frequently been linked with a move to the Rossoneri and he fuelled speculation when he attended a restaurant with the club's vice-president, Adriano Galliani, after the victory over the striker's former team, Inter, at the weekend.
"Until June, I am certainly at Manchester City," he said. "I have a five-year contract and can't say anything.
"It's true that I had dinner with Adriano Galliani after the derby, but what does that mean? If I had dinner with Massimo Moratti would you say I was returning to Inter?"
Balotelli also had words of praise for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, currently on loan from Barcelona but expected to join Milan on a permanent basis.
"One day I would like to return to playing with Ibrahimovic," he said. "It doesn't matter what shirt I wear. It would be great."
Ibrahimovic added: "Mario asked me to come to play with him at City but Mario will one day ask to come and play here. We shall have to watch this space."
Balotelli also hailed another Milan star, Andrea Pirlo, when asked his favourite player in the current Italy side.
"He's another Milanista, but it's not my fault if they have so many great players," he said.
After the meeting with Balotelli this week, Galliani denied suggestions the striker was a January target following the injury to Pippo Inzaghi.
"We talked about this and that, but there are no negotiations in progress," he said. "After all, Manchester City is a rich and powerful club and they have not taken Balotelli only for six months."
