no, because the match officials saw it and agreed it was a normal part of the game with no case to answer. Video evidence therefore can't be used.

Unlike 'Arry who watched his team get mullered by Bolton and Huddlestone accused of kicking an opponent, but for some reason hasn't got round to watching the match yet. Didn't even see highlights on MOTD or MOTD2. He must be too busy looking for triffic players at the moment.

And unlike Ade last season, when the ref was clearly looking at his stamp, until he spoke to the FA and then remembered that he wasn't looking at all.
