Would be a good signing though we'd be seriously overloaded in that department. Having said that, after yesterdays' performance I think I'd welcome back Samaras, Vassell and Reyna

How many more signings do we need. We have a good enough squad to finish second imo and with a bit of work i genuinely believe the squad we have is not far off title contenders. We cant just think that when things arent working we go out and buy another superstar.

Btw not saying that the OP is suggesting this but it certainly is some peoples answers

To be honest I think Schweinsteiger would solve a lot of our problems in Midfield. I think he would make certainly Barry obsolete and I doubt Milner or De Jong could keep him out of the team. An on current form (and attitude) Yaya would not be ahead in the team either.

But our priority has definitely got to be a striker, I agree.

i feel the same way about him...good player, but i am just kinda over "collecting" good players. We've got some serious talent. Sure, we could use a creative mid and a target-man striker type, but...fucl me. Let's just get on with it with these cunts we have and see some goddam motherfucking football. Is that asking too much? let's see some football. Are you ready for some football?

cheers

Get him!

Better than anything we have in central midfield. Good shout.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?
