Not sure how, but that second goal was lescott's fault as well.

Come back Kolo all is forgiven. Lescott looked really good for the first twenty minutes too.

Great result considering how shite we were for 60 minutes.
Silva MOTM. He is getting better and better with each game. Haven't had anyone who passes the ball like this fella since Ali.

Well, somehow we got the three points that we wanted...but I don't want to see Adebayoranywhere near the starting elevan again, and Silva has earned the right to start against Arsenal imho. As for the defending, there have been some basic errors today, especially by Lescott...we got lucky when it was 0-0, punished when it was 0-1, and the last one, well that was a mistake by everyone to leave one man completely alone into the box on a corner kick, and we paid for it conceding a goal, we won't suffer too much for it since we had a two goal lead but another time it could be deadly.

Was he trying to get sold?

Cause on this performance I cannot see him being in the side after January.

So that I can let the coaches know can you please tell me why Lescott was at fault for the first goal. Was he supposed to get in front of the player who scored? If that delivery is perfect the only way to stop it is have somebody in front of the attacker. We didn't have one.

The 2nd goal just shows one potential problem with zonal marking especially when the TEAM switch off.

Before today I really wanted Ade to stay but after this performance and his constant rimming of Juve I am not arsed anymore, especially when Mario's back,

A good 3 points and well done Blackpool. If Anelka was their frontman they'd have won today.

Really happy with that. Silva MOTM easily.

Well played PV too. Good to see.

As if tonight couldn't get any better, Fox Sports are showing the Rags against West Ham from the final day of the 94/95 season on their classic EPL show.

Think I'll watch this one! :D

The game turned with Silvas' introduction. Brilliant cameo performance from him and 2 well taken goals from Carlos. Adebayor will be gone in January if that was the best effort he can put in to win back a regular starting place.

Very well played Blackpool and well dug in City
