Tonight's Euro qualification games

Ireland beat Armenia away with 0-1, Turkey are 3-0 up against Kazakhstan, and Sami Hyypiä's just been sent off in Finland's game against Moldavia.

I'll obviously be watching Sweden-Hungary on a shitty stream. The game starts in 15 minutes.

I might watch the second half of the England game to see how the City lads are doing, or I will watch Belgium-Germany - probably the best match of the evening with Kompany definitely involved.

So what's the line up?

I was really hoping for AJ in the starting eleven.

I wish ITV would stop with these fucking comically edited standing up interviews with a massive fucking close up of peoples fucking faces. What's their fucking game here?

Sweden started great with a very inspired Zlatan on top. But with every minute it got more boring and predictable, so I retorted to more red wine, my acoustic guitar (which I haven't touched for at least a year), and some Smiths chords. I feel like seventeen again!

Vinnie's picked up a yellow 13 minutes in for his 2nd late challenge.

The England team is: Hart, G. Johnson, Jagielka, Dawson, Cole, Walcott, Gerrard, Barry, Milner, Defoe, Rooney

Cheers for the line up, mate!
Would've been hard to fit AJ into that line up. Walcott been on fire so far (unless you ask Alan Hanson), and Milner is more experienced.

YES! Sweden 1-0 up. By WHY do all the fucking players under 25 have to do the bloody "I heart you" sign with their fucking hand when they score? It's the lamest fucking celebration ever. Heart fucking who. Your bloody self for scoring?

Sweden won 2-0 in the end. Great start to the qualification campaign. We need it, seeing that we're between generations and having the Dutch in our group.

That was horrendous for Dawson, he won't be playing again anytime soon.

Doesn't look too good for Dawson - what the heck to Spurs keep doing to their defenders?
