FA Cup Question

Postby Florida Blue » Tue Aug 24, 2010 7:29 pm

How are we seeded? And what round do we actually play our first game in? Is it round 3?

Thanks.

Thanks so much for the sarcy answer. If you can't answer a question with posing assine smart ass questions, then please fuck off and let someone who can help me answer the post. And is it always the 3rd round? Even when we were not really in division 2? Ass.

Sorry for having learned to appreciate this club and sport having been born in another country. Hey here's an idea, why don't you go to the airport and make fun of all the foreigners coming into town?

We enter in the third round as all top two divisions teams do.

There is NO seeding in the FA cup.

You sure you aren't asking about the Carling *league cup* cup really?

Thanks Kladze, probably a poor choice of words, I meant to say how long of a bye do we get before we have to play. I will be over for one of the rounds, and wanted to see what it looked like for us still being in it. Cheers.

That's what I would like to call an overreaction... I don't see too much sarcasm in lincoln blue's post and think that you're out of line going for the throat of a new poster like that based on virtually nothing.

Edit: Just noticed that lincoln isn't new at all, only a bit post shy. At l east that means he's probably used to the banter on here.

Cheers for jumping to my defence there
I can safely say no sarcasm was meant - as i said in an earlier post been away for a while
perhaps I should stay away a bit longer in future - the quality of posting and the level of insulting seems to have got a lot worse
Good to be back

I just checked and we aren't seeded in the US Open either. Hopefully we will be for Wimbledon next year.

Now am I being sarcastic, flippant or just playful? Hard to tell isn't it.

Really? None? I find it hard to believe, but yet I accept I was harsh in response. Apologies Lincoln, I have been slagged too many times for being an ignorant yank. Just ask John68 he will tell you the Brits invented the Mississippi River...and we should be thankful for that.
