Shame it ended like this :-( It looks like I will need an op as I am as bad now as when I did it and the doc said to rest it for several weeks and see how it goes.

I will need confirmation that everyone is willing to pay the £6 before I organise it with powerleague, I don't want to be left with the bill fellas.

I will pay £6.50 and mark will pay £6, we just need the others to confirm

Sad to see this ending lads, blood, sweat and tears.

As it goes my team in the powerleague went under for the exact same reasons,it costs too much, farrrrrrrr too much, people dropping out,no subs blah blah blah.

You should just get a cheap fitness knock around going at Platt Lane 2 quid a week or summat.

The way we do it IS.........

Everyone who wants to play pays 20 quid upfront and that covers for ten weeks.
Therefore people are much more likely to turn up if they have already paid.

Oh and in the first week you can afford bibs.

that is a plan mate

20quid for ten weeks, we pay that for two weeks at the moment!

hmmm ima try an ring platt lane an go from there. ta

EDIT:

Platt Lane is a no go. They have no free slots all week, only advice is to try again in a few weeks. We might be able to get a cancellation here an there but no regular pattern. Bollocks.

Try Ten Acre Lane or the new Manchester Academy.
