No sure re goals...I know i got at least one last time out, let's call it two. I'm pretty sure it was two.

Sounds like you've done your ligamants. Horrible little strain attached to your ankle that you're always aware of and gets worse when you try and find out if it's getting better yet?

Whenever I've done mine in, physios tell me to stretch it, gently, to the point at which it hurts, a few times, maybe three times a day if you can get away with it. Don't let the badness rule the roost, keep it mobile. A weird but effective one is to stand in a doorframe, just on the bad ankle, with your eyes closed - you can use your arms and the doorframe to make sure you don't fall over and look like a nob, and it proper works your ankle if you let it roll around a bit. Builds it up from every angle so when you play the tissues have healed in every direction of strainage. That and warm it up good and proper before you even run and kick a ball.

Trust me, I used to be a doctor, before I got struck off for being really untrustworthy.

I scored 1 last week.
7pm is a fucker. Work right next to the pits, and to get to ashton and back in an hour is a no go. Gonna have to bring stuff to work and hang around. Anyone fancy meeting for a beer after work? haha

Yeah I can play both. I work in a bank so I can tell you that if it is 5quid a game then for the two games it will be 10quid in total each.

Didn't even use a calculator.

Am good for Mon and Tues.

I may have slightly overestimated my goal tally. Must have just got the one.
