Cheers. Seems a strange source to get hold of the story first then?

Thought he just went over on his ankle, didn't seem that serious at the time, hope it's bollox, very bad news if not.

Boateng looks good on the left, but that would mean we would have to put up with Richards on the right again..

Hope Lescott gets in before Bridge. Not going to happen though. Shame.

And King's tackle on him midway through the first half didn't help at all.

Anyone remember when it used to be a disaster if any of our first choice players got injured?
Come a long way!

same person who questions whether people are going on about Ozil only because of World Cup says that Boateng looks good on the left. That was the first time I have ever seen him on left!
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Sorry, should have used his full name I suppose. He writes for the Times of London though, hosts their football podcast. I thought he was a little better known I guess.

No worries. It didn't help that I couldn't click on your link as Twitter is blocked at work.

I said " I hope it's not true." So, I'm hoping the thing that he has heard, isn't true. Seems to me like I read it just fine.

If he's out for anything close to 3 months then should he be excluded from the 25 until it's renewed in January? In which case if he comes back early he can only play in the reserves. this 25 man rule is a fuckin pain in the ass.
