what can we do though? who's sig says "support the badge, players come and go"?

Totally agree, I really liked Ireland when he was with us, I liked Dunnie, I liked Bellers - must get new sig now :-( - and I'm sure I'll really like Milner. Having thought about it since this was first muted I think this will be good business for us as I rate Milner highly.

SSN showing some pics of Milner coming out of his medical, all smiles.

Also he signed some young lad's shirt - it had Barry on the back, ironic that he could very well replace Barry in the team.

Good to see that they are all treated fairly, not just the big-guns.
I think it's a lad from another club rather than City. No doubt it's baconface trying to throw a last minute spanner in the works!

Yeah they said someone was using the scanner - that homeless lad they've signed probably though it was a good place for a kip!

Did Ireland pop into the club shop to buy a couple of kits and a City Crest airfreshener before driving down to Bodymoor? :-)

Great deal for us. Ireland is a conundrum we don't need to work out.

Milner is an excellent acquisition.
"Like all bullies, they've just found out that there is a much bigger guy in town, someone who is richer and more powerful than their worst nightmare. And this smiling Arabic assassin is intent on stealing all the treasures they've nicked off everyone else, and pulverising them into commercial and footballing oblivion as he does so."

Spot on that man - we should just focus on being happy about aquiring Milner - who tI hink will be fantasic - people should stop diluting good news by labouring the Stevie angle - he has just not moved upwards - big shame - but thats life

Great news, all the best Stevie.

Always hated asston vanilla, glad that they are our feeder club. Plus the fact that their owner has a gay porn star name is the icing.

What's there to hate about Villa? In the 15 odd years I've followed football they've always seemed one of the least offensive clubs to me.

I've been following football (and City) for 47 years - ouch - and in all that time I've never found anything about Villa to hate, even when they were European champions.

I think Randy Lerner is one of the best porn star names out there. Obviously no Rod Fanni but still great. Although, you'd have to back that name with massive love meat wouldn't you.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?
