Ozil has impressed everyone I think, what a goal the other night. Have seen two Japan games and they're brilliant to watch, have been much better passers of the ball than Brazil so far. Think they'll scrape past Paraguay, they'd have Spain/Portugal in the last eight so probably go out at that stage but that's not bad going.
Also in fairness, Lahm who I was never keen on has been excellent so far. Always had him down as a full back that couldn't defend but he's looked sharp at both ends. Hopefully he'll have a nightmare on Sunday though!
