Venue: Pretoria

Kick-off: 19:30[/center]

TEAM NEWS

Chile have two key players suspended - playmaker Matias Fernandez and combative midfielder Carlos Carmona. Jorge Valdivia is an obvious replacement for Fernandez, while Rodrigo Millar may come in for Carmona after recovering from a calf strain.

Spain forward David Villa has avoided a retrospective ban for slapping Honduran Emilio Izaguirre. He will again be partnered by Fernando Torres, while midfielder Andres Iniesta has recovered from the minor leg injury that prompted him to sit out the win over Honduras.

If Spain scores early, they will murder Chile.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

No one knows the words to the Spanish one, they just sang 'nernerner' all the way through.

Those Spanish away kits are rather dapper.

I really don't think that will happen provided no dodgy refereeing.

Anyway, had to do shit and missed the start of the game. Could someone post the line ups please?

The way Chile are performing they will be lucky to finish with 11 men on the pitch, 3 yellow cards in the first 20 minutes.

Fantastic from Villa but what a fucking disaster from Chile. They had Spain in real trouble there, they were really struggling to play.

the way they were playing, pressing in Spain's area and generally being gung ho, they were going to concede at some stage anyway. Stupid tactics against team like Spain imo. Spain players know that games are decided late in the halfs.

And there goes the second.

yeah, definitely sent off. Absolutely fucking ridiculous decision again. Refereeing in this competition is a fucking joke. But like I said before the competition, this is aimed at masses who don't understand the game and are just looking for attacking performances. You get booked for fair tackles in this competition. Diving is encouraged.
