It should have been the second game, knowing it's a dead rubber I don't think either of them really care.

That's how Brazil often play against half decent teams at 0-0. They often only start playing when they get in front but sometimes not even then against good sides. A lot of their opening goals have come from moves involving set pieces or defenders getting forward rather than traditional Brazillian flair & they've been bood off on quite a few occasions over the last few years.

Imo it would be a potential disaster for Brazilian football if this team of well organised but mostly mediocre players was to win the world cup.

I agree Ted.This game was always going to be like it was with Brazil not arsed about winning and showing how they can defend and be physical.

Having been awake since 4 o'clock this morning I nodded off before kick off and didn't wake up until 15 minutes from the end - seems like I had a result there.

It was one of the most boring games of football I've witnessed in my life. Basically Brazil just passing the ball around in center circle with no fucking effort to score.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Even worse than the West Germany v Austria (1982) world cup match? Surely not?
