Of course England comes first, but I live here love this country in all things. Am just glad that even if everything falls into place and Australia qualify, they can't face England in the next round.

Had to mute the game, while the England match was quite enjoyable for the lack of them, those fucking horns are back in force here.

I would be excited but I know the score from the other game and it's taken the wind from the sails.

Well, shades of the Iraq qualify from a few years back, Serbia have one back and another disallowed, good result if it stays, but I think that's us done.

The Socceroos put on a good show tonight and did all Aussies proud. What a goal from Holmann, and Cahill's wasn't bad also !! Needed some help from the bloody Germans who were dire tonight and were lucky to win. Still failing to qualify on goal difference is not a shame for any team. The unjust red card against Tim Cahill in the 1st match and him being absent for the 2nd proved to be too costly for the Aussies. Bloody stupid refs !

Coulda woulda's mate, they will drive you insane.

Great showing after the first match, really proud of the lads but I did say before that Australia would win and it wouldn't be enough.

Yes they absolutely did us proud tonight.
Football is a cruel game mate with lots of ups and downs and twists and turns. But that is why we love it !
It went sour for the Socceroos in the German match and they just couldn't recover from that.

Coulda, woulda ?? Imagine how Yakubu is feeling today !!!
