Thanks Martin, I will now be nervous of that left foot at least twice next season, and watching with interest at other times.

I can't see how the fuck Bolton are going to pay his wages. He must like living round here or something.

He'll be a good signing for them, getting used every week he will tear a few teams a new one next year and score plenty of goals

good move for notlob, if kept fit will be a big asset, have a feeling i might start to like them now, coyle got them playing semi decent football last season. Him and chung lee(who i rate highly) on the wings is a pretty decent combination.

Will be a good fantasy football signing too if fit :)

If he gets Bolton 6 or 9 points they wouldn.t otherwise have got then he's a good signing. Good luck Martin I hope it all works out for you (apart from when you play us of course)

if he keeps fit, he'll be a great asset for Bolton. I think Petrov still has a lot to offer and wish him the best of luck, except when playing us of course.

Will miss you Martin, I need a new City coffee mug now.
Great player and loved watching him play but far too injury prone and he just last that yard of pace this year which he had when he started with us. Good luck at Bolton!

Mine too.. just a shame about his injuries. Got a Bolton mate who is loving Petrov/Weiss on either wing.

Can see Pab Zab diving in against him, twice, and walking.

One of my favourite players, good luck to him.

By far the best of Sven's wusses imo & although he was/is, a great big fairy of the highest order, he produced some of the best football moments we've seen in recent years & I recon would have been challenging for a regular spot amongst the current bunch if not for injuries & age catching him up.

Hope we don't have any tight cup games v Bolton or the likelyhood of a 25 yd last min screamer from Petrov deciding it will be quite high.

All the best Rigsby.

Wonder how many games he will actually play for them - I'd wager around 15 with at least 2 major spells out with injury, based on his record in English football. Will really help them away from home where they are under the cosh in every game they play ... not.

Great player to watch and very effective as well. Make no mistake, that's at very least three points dropped for us next season. He'll tear a new one to our rightbacks next season.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I can only assume that Villa or Everton weren't offering him a regular first team place, seems an odd decision otherwise. I doubt he'll stay fit enough for us to regret him going will miss his mid game tantrums and that left foot.

he'll score an early season wondergoal and have us all moaning. then probably disappear with injury for a good part of the season.
loved watching him and elano pick each other out from either wing. but never understood the short sleeve shirt with gloves look.
best of luck martin.
Berbatov wins golden boot, spends following season on the bench while his team loses title on goal difference. Well played, Fergie.

No way was he worth another contract. He was a good signing for us but I agree with others on here, I'll be astonished if he plays more than 70% of Boltons games next season.
