He will never, I mean NEVER, leave Italy and probably not Rome either. He is right wing nutter who has been critical of Italian players leaving the country to play elsewhere. He has also in the past told Rags to go lick their own nuts. If there ever was player I'm 100% positive will never join City, it would be De Rossi.
